Founded in 2017, Olive Tree International Academy is a full-time, 12-year private international school offering primary, middle and high school education. Since its establishment, Olive Tree International Academy has maintained a long-term and in-depth strategic partnership with the International Education Group of Beijing Foreign Studies University (hereinafter referred to as “BFSU International”). This comprehensive collaboration encompasses curriculum development, faculty recruitment and development, teaching support and access to educational resources.In particular, the school regularly organizes specialized teacher training programmes to continuously enhance teachers’ professional expertise, teaching standards and classroom implementation capabilities. It also works closely with BFSU International to administer English proficiency assessments for Grade 7 students, further strengthening its distinctive educational characteristics.With official authorization from BFSU International, the school has established a dedicated Cambridge examination preparation centre and obtained official authorization to offer Cambridge A-Level programmes through BFSU International. These partnerships further reinforce the school’s strengths in international education and provide students with diverse pathways to higher education around the world.
Since its establishment, 100% of the school’s graduates in every graduating cohort have received formal offers from universities ranked among the world’s top 100 in the QS World University Rankings.To date, across four consecutive graduating cohorts, seven students have received offers from the University of Cambridge. Graduates from two consecutive cohorts have also received offers from Columbia University, an Ivy League institution in the United States.Other prestigious university destinations include Imperial College London, the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), the University of California, Berkeley, Vanderbilt University, Carnegie Mellon University, the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and the University of Toronto.Among students applying to universities in the United States, 74% have secured offers from universities ranked among the country’s top 40.
